Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During festivals, promotional events, or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.

We currently deliver across India.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines are estimated as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 Business Days

  • Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days

Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on prepaid orders.

  • A standard shipping charge may apply to orders below the free shipping threshold.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible PIN codes.

  • An additional COD handling fee may apply and will be displayed during checkout, if applicable.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available only in selected serviceable locations.

  • Our delivery partners may contact you before delivery for confirmation.

  • Please ensure that the complete payment is ready at the time of delivery.

  • We reserve the right to restrict or disable COD for customers with repeated order cancellations or refusals.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation via Email and/or SMS.

  • A tracking number.

  • A tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time.

Tracking information generally becomes active within 24 hours after dispatch.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the order cannot be delivered due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the shipment, it may be returned to us.

Re-shipping charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.

Address Changes

If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Public holidays

  • Courier network disruptions

  • Unexpected operational issues

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with:

  • Please refuse delivery whenever possible.

  • If accepted, record an unboxing video before opening the package.

  • Contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery with photographs or an unboxing video.

Incorrect, Missing, or Damaged Products

If you receive an incorrect, missing, or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by providing:

  • Your Order ID

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

  • An unboxing video (recommended for faster resolution)

Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution as per our Return & Refund Policy.
