First time I held it I was like, how am I supposed to use this 😅. Once you understand the angle adjustment it makes sense. I use the flatter setting for tawa and change it when cooking in deeper pans. Definitely not like a regular spatula.

In a kitchen, the same spatula angle doesn't work equally well across a flat griddle, shallow pan and deeper cookware. Being able to change the working position gives you noticeably better access and control. The thin paddle edge is also useful for delicate lifting.
